Thank you for your recent interest in OLLIE’S CARTS. We have built carts for Rottweilers and other breeds over the last 15 years. Making changes as we went along, until we were satisfied that our carts were not only stylish, but also reliable and rugged. We have attended, as a vendor and exhibitor, many of the American Rottweiler Club Nationals, and have come to know many of the carting club members. They have really received our carts well and we do thank them!!
Our standard cart is a sulky design cart with several unique and handy features. In just a manner of seconds, with NO tools required, our cart breaks down to fit into the back seat of a compact car. No need to worry about car racks or special tools.
Since weight is a factor, our carts boast a lightweight, all steel frames. Coming in at 32 pounds for a single cart, (weight includes frame, padded seat, padded back rest, detachable foot rest, hand rails, and two shafts) we believe it is the strongest, lightest design on the market today. The frame is designed NOT to put weight on your dogs back, but rather, be in equilibrium when hooked up to your dog. Each frame is constructed with a MIG welder to insure its strength. To be sure, Ollie’s Carts are extremely well built. We stand by these carts.
Another benefit of our frame design is how quickly it transformed between a single dog and a dual dog set up. Again, literally in a manner of seconds, without tools, your cart can change to hold one dog or a team. The only requirement is that you add the additional shaft and harness. Your cart is set up to accept the third shaft for a team to pull you! These shafts clip on to the D rings of your harness, quick and simple.
What other features do we offer? Well, we have a footrest that is removable, a padded seat, a removable backrest, 16-inch chrome wheels, and handrails that all make a long drive more pleasant and helps keep the weight properly distributed on the dog. Likewise, the padded nylon harness makes the dog more comfortable while pulling. The 16-inch chrome wheels are a safety feature and are located under the padded seat to prevent hands from being accidentally injured.
Finally, we use the very best paint for our carts. Powder coating paint is extremely strong, durable, and beautiful. It’s the finish that serves your file cabinets, out door furniture, and other high use items. We realize you will be touring the town with your cart and would only want the best paint available for your needs. You won’t have to worry about scratching your paint; it’s going to be tough! We also offer you your choice of colors, Hunter Green, Pepsi Blue, Cherry Red, Pretty Purple, Chrome, or Black. This will allow you to customize your cart to your very PERSONAL TASTE. Yes you will look great and your dog will be so very PROUD. This is the top of the line cart, that two adults, or three children can ride on. The selling price for this cart is $625.00. The harness is $38.00.
But wait folks, there is more!! We offer an economy model cart, that is for a single rider, and a single dog (smaller padded seat, smaller padded back, hand grips, removable foot rest.). Perfect for carting trials. This one sells for $499.00.

So, All that remains is to order your cart. Construction time varies, but no more than 3-4 weeks. Carts are shipped in two packages through UPS Normal delivery; direct to your door, business address is generally faster. We only charge what we pay to package and deliver your cart; so shipping charges vary, depending on your location and how fast you want it delivered.
